1. Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 72 hours will consider full charge

2. Payment Policy: 100% of total amount upon confirm

3. Pickup / Drop off: 

   ​- Guest must ready and waiting at designated pickup point at least twenty(20) minute prior to the scheduled pickup point on the date of pickup specified
   - Guest who not appear at the designated location for vehicle boarding within fifteen (15) minute will consider as no show

4. Children of four (4) to eleven (11) years old must be accompanied by parents guidance

5. Minimum age of Jet Ski, Parasailing, Aqua Park, and Zipline is seven (7) years old

6. NAAM perform a pre-flight check, weight and height to determine the precise and/or suitable chute and harness size

7. NAAM/Hotel will not responsible and shall not be held liable for any injuries or death due cruising

8. Refuse any guest if their behavior or conduct is unbefitting that safety of others are at risk

9. Sea falcon Yatch or Blue Dolphin Yatch and Sunset Cruise route might differ from time to time and the agent is unable to meet the minimum number of Guest(s), reschedule the activity to the next available date or time, impose additional charges should the guest insist to proceed with the cruise.
